Last week, I received an interview invitation scheduled for today. However, two hours before the interview, I received an email saying that they had already chosen someone, so the interview was canceled. This is completely a company without integrity and that treats people unfairly.

My initial interview was over the phone with an HR Recruiter. The call was about 25 minutes. It was really an overview of my resume experience, education and why I applied for the position.
I had a follow phone interview with one of the IT Managers. I received good feedback and was told I would hear back from HR soon.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Austin, TX) in Oct 2024

Application process goes by quickly after submitting application. The Talent Rep gives you a 15 to 30 min screening then if they approve of you and your skills the application will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
The interview l had was a panel interview with three people on the first round then four people on the second round.

1. A call screening with the talent advisor discussing the role and expectations for it.
2. A hiring panel with hiring manager and other team member. It was mainly a Behavioral Interview, followed by a SQL exercise.
