I had two 30min interviews. The first round was with the hiring manager and the 2nd round was with their boss. It was a pretty good experience. I did my last interview on Friday and I was presented an offer on Tuesday.

Interview
First interview with hiring manager was as expected. 2nd interview with panel was OK except for one interviewer who didn't seem to want to hire anyone. He seemed to be very uninterested before the interview started so all questions appeared to diminish my skillset which appeared to be a direct fit so I thought it was strange.
The interview questions were pretty standard questions. I had one HR followed by three additional interviews with various levels of management. The hiring process did take several weeks to complete.
