Initial interview was self-recorded in response to several questions sent. Received second interview request which was virtual with several different hiring managers. Interviewers made me feel comfortable and less nervous. It was a very positive experience.

Met with 3 employees of Centene via conference video call. One of whom were supervisors/managers and the other being the trainer for the position. Wonderful communication of company goals and expectations along with brief overview of what would be performed on a daily basis.

Use star questions, research the company, initial interview was 15 min through video. Had 72 hours to complete self-paced video interview. Next step is phone call. Smile, dress professional and be in a professional setting.
STAR method questions asked. Interview was pretty laid back. The team made me feel comfortable during the process. Was allowed to ask questions & interview ended well before the scheduled time.
