Did a group interview over zoom with 2 managers and a supervisor. It was about an hour long and a nice casual conversation. They asked about experience of course and why I was passionate about working with people with mental health diagnoses.

How do you feel about driving around to meet with clients?
Interview process was quite easy, took about 45 minutes with two most direct bosses. Questions were fairly straightforward about past experiences and interest in career. Virtual interview at preferred time, was told answer/offer would come within 2 weeks.

Panel interview over conference call. Manager in person with sups on conference. It was a long and boring interview. Felt like I was being judged the minute I walked in the door.
