I was very disappointed in the interview process for this to be a global company. The interviewing supervisor didnt notify reception that she would be unable to conduct the first interview and leave the name of the individual whom she would interview with so I initially waited for 38 minutes. When I received a call for a second interview the supervisor offered no apology for the miscommunication. She asked me to prepare a powerpoint presentation, which I spent two days working on between obligations for my current employer and family obligations. At the second interview I waited for 48 minutes for the supervisor to come, once she did I was told she didnt have time to review the slide deck I created, and that the other individuals who were to be in the presentation weren't available anymore. She offered no apology yet again. I made the presentation using print outs only and when I stumbled over a word she asked me, "are you nervous or intimidated by me". Once the presentation was completed and we began the normal question and answer phase things got worse. When I asked more details about job satisfaction, the future direction of her team and department she pointedly said, "its just a job." I am not looking for a job I am attempting to build a career. That interview was by far the worst experience ever.
