First you get a call from a Talent Coach. They make a brief call and ask you a few questions. It won't seem like it, but your impression on them will determine if they ask you to come in for a group interview or not. Take the time to be pleasant. You will go in for the group interview and be sat down at a table with one or two other people. There could be several groups of 2-3 people present. There will also be a table with the General Manager of the store and various other managers that have an interest in certain individuals. What you do and how you act and look are judged. The results being, you will be called in for a one on one interview with your prospective manager. I enjoyed the entire process. Yes, you have colored paper, glue, markers and other crafty bits to create a resume. You are not judged on the beauty of your resume. What you are judged on is how you do when standing up in front of all of these people and sell yourself. Do not talk about your family and pets but what is pertinent to the job applied for. It was a fun couple of hours and we were made as comfortable as possible. The one on one was relaxed and the questions were designed to be easy to answer. There were no "gotcha" behavioral questions. It was straightforward.
