Interview
The initial interview was over the phone and then a bigger interview in person. It was a big group of about 15 people and we did a lot of fun activities/ice breakers. I had not experienced anything like that before or ever since.

(something like this) A customer has been standing in line at the deli counter and has not grabbed a number. They may not realize they need to take a number to be served and seem to be frustrated that they are not being tended to.
