I completed an online application with a mini 5 question web interview at the end. Then, I was selected for group interview on site. My final interview was with department manager.

Interview
There is a brief phone interview and then you are invited to Taste of The Future where you are asked to complete a series of group and individual tasks. You need to stand out, be interesting and be interested in Central Market. You then will be asked back by the manager of the department interested in hiring you for a more formal interview. Only 2 out of 15 or so people got positions from my group. There is a lot of information on Glassdoor to help you prepare. Do your homework!
