The process is quite generic. 1/ meet with a recruiter, give more information about yourself, they may ask why you are considering leaving, what is your sales performance like and what are you looking for. 2/ Meet the hiring manager 3/ Panel interview
I’ve met the best recruiter ever at FinancialForce. She understood very well the compensation plan which most recruiters don’t know, she was very communicative and always clear with deadline and expected timelines. You also get the chance to meet upper management which is really nice as well.
Tip: do ask for a few meetings with sales people so you can get a better understanding of the role. Or even better, look them up on LinkedIn and ask the recruiter to meet with an AE. It will help you to make a well informed decision and also get an impression how life as an AE is like at FinancialForce.
