I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2023
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter on Linkedin. I had an initial 30 min call with her. Then I moved on to a 45 min call including a presentation with the regional manager. Last, was a 15 min call with the director. They called (more like interrogated) my 4 references, including my current manager. My references said it felt like they were being interviewed themselves. I was asked 3 times for my salary expectation which was at the half-way mark of the $70k range they posted (first red flag). At the end of the interview process, they asked if I was flexible to which I said I'm sure we can find the right fit. They offered me $15k less than what I asked for. I approached them stating the range was changed during the interview process. I was also confused by the KPI and bonuses outlined in the offer as the language was very vague "you may potentially be considered for a discretionary bonus based on subjective criteria." I like to be very clear in expectations and goals so asked about this. They said they were submitting a counter offer and I was waiting to hear back from them. They called me back 2 days later (on my day off) and told me the counter offer was not approved . The recruiter was very cold. I asked if I could still accept the initial offer and she said it had expired (even though I was waiting to hear back from THEM) about whether the counter offer was approved. They voided the document with a comment "the team changed our minds". I have never dealt with anything more unprofessional. From posting a misleading salary range to gaslighting ME and making me feel like I was in the wrong when I was waiting to hear back from them during the negotiation stage. I was skeptical given the terrible reviews on Glassdoor. Stay away from this company they will waste your time and put your professional reputation on the line contacting your current employer and pull a bait and switch. Super ironic for a mental health company.

Question 1
What KPIs do you report against? If you actually gave this pitch, what would you have done differently?

Interview
Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

Interview
The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Interview
Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
