Charlie Health Senior Software Engineer interview questions

This was, BY FAR, the WORST interview experience that I've ever had and I've been in the industry for a very long time. Like the previous review mentioned, there were so many red flags, it was honestly hard to keep track of them by the end. After the interviews were complete, the recruiter told me that I had done incredibly well and they wanted to extend an offer. They needed 4 references (major red flag). They spent a full 30 minutes with each reference, grilling them very hard. After they contacted the 4 references, they told me that I had glowing reviews from all of them and that the offer was coming soon. Multiple weeks of waiting and no responses from the recruitment team (major red flag again), I get a response. Supposedly there was one person in leadership that will not hire anyone who had been laid off (which I was). I guess this person has never had a job before or doesn't read the news to understand that there are mass layoffs happening everywhere. This person in leadership has caused massive problems and the good people are unhappy and leaving. I'm glad I went through this process so that I can warn others. STAY AWAY if you value yourself, otherwise, enjoy Charlie Health!
