I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Chatham Financial
Interview
Positive interview experience. There are two interviewer, both are team members. The interview lasted for one and half hour, and all about behaviour questions. There are two easy brain teasers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chatham Financial (London, England)
Interview
Online application lead to a 45minute phone interview consisting of basic competency questions. Successful candidates are asked to attend an interview day consisting of a maths test (basic data analysis), a verbal logic test, and two interviews with staff. Interviews seemed like there were designed more to get to know your personality rather than testing technical knowledge. Overall a good experience. UK office

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chatham Financial (Littleton, CO)
Interview
I had a phone-interview with a hiring representative. They called back a few weeks later for an interview at their Denver location. It was a panel interview with two individuals asking questions regarding hedging strategies, brain-teasers, (no behavioral questions) etc. Before going to the Interview, I took an accuracy and a math examination (no calculator, math word problems, taking averages). Overall, I liked the culture, values, atmosphere of the office; people were friendly, relax atmosphere (very casual attire... suit not necessary), open space, low-power distance organization etc.

Question 1
The brain teasers and the math exam (review your math). There was nothing difficult or unexpected; however, with the examinations and the interviews, it can feel like along day - make sure you eat something before going in.
