I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chatham Financial (Kennett Square, PA)
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter for the initial conversation. Then had a one hour interview with the head of the quant team and another quant. This was mainly focused on interest level and details of my career path up until then. We also talked through one brain teaser during this initial phone call. After the initial one hour phone interview they brought me in for an (almost) all day interview. This consisted of 5 or 6, 2 on 1 sessions. We discussed everything from my CV to my career goals and did several brain teasers.

Question 1
Nothing was particularly challenging, but I did get several questions about why I was trying to change careers. There were a number of reasons, so this took a while to get through.
All behavioral, in depth resume review followed by some generic interview questions to better understand how you work with a team, problem solving, and so on. I had an initial screen, a small technical assessment, a meeting with one analyst, and a super day with 3 teams.

Question 1
Explain asymptomatic runtime (I believe they tailor this to your major)
1st round was purely logistics and soft questions. Final question ended up being about salary ranges. After it became clear our salary ranges were not compatible, interview shortly ended. Received a rejection email shortly after.
