Chatham Financial Software Engineer(Internship) interview questions

1. First round was a technical video interview where 2 people will take your interview. They asked about the projects I worked on, courses I was enrolled in to and some technical questions such as explain SQL joins and their types, differentiate SQL and NoSQL. After the interview I heard back from them after 3 weeks, I was asked to come onsite. 2. Onsite is a full day interview process where recruiter will introduce you to the office env and work culture. After that had 4 back to back interviews. All 4 interviews were 2-1 where they asked me about projects, work experience before jumping into Leetcode where they actually judge your skills. LC questions they ask were all easy level. They will ask you to write a code on white board. 3. After 2 interview you will have a lunch interview where a panel discusses about company, fun events, sports, etc. 4. Last interview was with senior director where they will see your leadership skills with many behavioral questions

talked about the projects I have in resume, personal questions like which class I have took interested me most, why I want to focus on backend, we also talked about a little about C#, because they use a lot of C#, not Java
