Chatham Financial interview questions

I applied for a role on LinkedIn and was surprised at how fast I was sent a screening round. The screening round was online with a couple paragraph questions and a coding problem. I cleared this and the coming week, I was in a virtual Teams meeting with a senior developer and a Technical Manager. Here I was given a problem and I was screened out at this step.

I was contacted and asked for my availability to speak. They provided me with one day as an option, a day where most people work. I gave my time frame as I was at work but made sure that I would make myself available to take the call. The recruiter followed up with a confirmation email including a time frame I did not agree upon and sent an email labelled video interview. It later turned out to be a phone call where the recruiter made it clear she wasn't familar with the position details. For many reasons I won't go into, this experience and phone call did not make me feel confident about the company and by the end of the call, I was no longer interested in the position. If the company doesn't show you respect before you work there - they certainly aren't going to when you do.
