I had an initial HR screen with a recruiter for the Brand Manager role. The conversation was about 30 minutes. Standard topics like the overview of Chipotle’s organization, the team structure, and what the brand manager role would focus on. From there, they asked a few standard questions about my background. Seems like the role paid well but am still seeing months later that the role has not been filled

Question 1
What kind of work environment do you work best in?
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle in Oct 2023
Interview
One interview with recruiter, one with member of the team and one with hiring manager. Was told after they were going in a different direction by the recruiter. Everyone was super nice although the hiring manager seemed quite distracted during our interview. I asked for feedback never heard back.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had to multitask or prioritize
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was quick but felt like a bit of a waste of time. You receive a response fairly quickly, usually within a day after applying. It's important to note that they receive a large number of applications, and if you don't apply within a certain range, such as the first 20 applications, you will receive an automatic rejection email, even if you are highly overqualified. Additionally, based on conversations with current employees, it seems unlikely that they will fill the role. If you do decide to proceed, expect traditional screening questions. The only positive aspect was the transparent salary range of $90,000 - $136,000. However, it appears that they are aiming for $90,000 initially and for you to work your way up to $136,000 over several years of service. - Good luck, and I hope one day they actually fill this role.
