I really didn't plan on working for Chipotle or any other restaurant. I had just graduated with my Associate's degree in Graphic Design and had spent months sifting through tons of different sites listing all the different job opportunities in my field in the area where I lived. I came up short every time. Every job either required ridiculous amounts of in field experience or a higher level degree. Mind you, these where all for entry level jobs. This had been dragging out for far too long and it came time to search elsewhere, so I began looking into jobs that I thought might be interesting and/or what I qualified for (having spent all of my time out of high school in college without a part time job). I consider myself lucky when I found that Chipotle required very little experience (they do all of their training on the job). I kid you not, as soon as submitted the completed online application, I got a call to come in for an interview. (Later on, I found out that they were basically desperate because either people where leaving , being promoted, or fired faster than they where hiring replacements.)
