Usually you meet with a manager first, ask about your life, what you bring to to the table, etc. and then you meet with other crew members and do the same thing -- if everyone likes you and the managers think you're a good worker, you are hired! It's easier if you know someone who already works there - as if anywhere really haha

Question 1
Do you know anything about food with integrity?
Anything about the company of Chipotle.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Melrose Park, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired

Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
