I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Sunrise, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online and a couple days later got an email to come and do an interview. Once I got there I told a member that I was there for an interview. There was like 2 other people there for an interview too. The two before me went before me together and I went alone. I was pretty nervous cause it was my first interview ever. It was two people interviewing me and they didn't really know what to ask me so I thought that these weren't the managers. But after an 10min interview they said they would notify me in 24hrs and they haven't so I'm most likely going to call them
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Melrose Park, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
