Interview
Called in for group interview, about a week later called in for a crew interview. Sat down with about three other individuals in the group interview as the manager went around and asked us questions. In the crew interview, I sat down with the crew members as they asked me a series of questions and got to know me. They then reported back to the manager if they thought that I was a good candidate for the position.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
