Interview
I was sat down by two African-American males (only stated for Demographics purposes) and asked a series of generic questions, such as why I wanted to work at Chipotle, what prior experience did I have, and what kind of work had I done in the past.
Awesome job. Loved it. It was great making food for people! The company is good with their employees and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Live laugh love chipotle. I had a great manager and was very good with communication skills

Interview
Asked some general questions about experiences and past jobs. Questions about why you want to work there and why you are a good fit for the job. Was an in person interview in the store.
Just the general questions about any experience, hobbies, etc. They described how the work process was: chopping ingredients, cooking, the whole nine yards. It was a fairly easy interview.
