Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I've been on several job interviews before so nothing came out of left field. She asked about my experiences, my education, and what i knew about the company. I guess the thing to remember is read the about me section on Chipotle's main page. I'm not sure about other stores, but my GM has that thing memorized and during non- peak hours she always asking us trivia questions about Chipotle.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
