Interview
I applied online and received an email approximately 3-4 weeks later indicating I had an interview. At the group interview, they mentioned there would be a follow up interview for any candidates who passed the group interview.

Question 1
It was a group interview and we were asked two questions. If money was no object, what is your dream job? What would you be doing if you didn't have to worry about bills?
We were also asked about our greatest success in life.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
