Interview
Applied online didn't take long for them to respond via email stating that they were inviting me to a job fair. i arrived 1 hour early they offered me a free drink. i waited until it was time. The hiring manager came to sit with me and the other applicants. i had researched the company prior to the interview so i was ready to go i answered all the questions correctly she marked available by my name and said they will be emailing us within a week for a second and third interview . I thought i did pretty good but i never got an email or a call back so i guess not.....

Question 1
What Do You Think We Mean By Food With "INTEGRITY"?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
