They tend to look for someone who will be preppy and friendly to the customers, someone who moves fast and some who will bring a positive environment to the company.

What do you do for fun? I said I don't really have fun. I like to keep myself busy at all times.:)
Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
Was very casual, applied online, called to schedule an interview time, interview occurred, questions were very basic and normal regarding fast food and customer experience. very easy normal fine very easy
