I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
Turned in an application to two stores. Got a call back from both the next day. I set up an interview at one location and went in for it two days later. The interview was set for 4:00 and I showed up about ten minutes early. They gave me a water cup to get a drink and told me to take a seat. After about ten minutes four employees came over and sat down. They asked generic questions and asked what I knew about the company. The interview was cut short due to the store getting busy.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
