I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle in Nov 2014
Interview
I received a phone call 3 days after filling out an online application requesting to come in for an interview. I arrived to my interview on time and I had to wait about 20 minutes before the manager was able to sit down with me.
I was asked a variety of questions, the typical ones at an interview. After the manager asked my hourly pay preferences, he told me that he would have two other managers interview me. Once I finished answering all the other questions, I was told that they would make the final decision that evening.

Question 1
There did not seem to be anything very difficult or out of the ordinary.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Melrose Park, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired

Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
