I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Lutherville Timonium, MD)
Interview
I applied online. They emailed me within a few days. When I first came in, I asked for the hiring manager. They told me to have a seat and the manager will be with me soon.( I had 2 people ahead of me) Then one of the employees greeted me and directed me to the table with the manager. The interview was straightforward and to the point. The scene seems very laid-back and reserved at the time that I came in. After they asked questions, the manager told me to give him five minutes to talk to the employee (that helped with the hiring process) bout my interview. He announced that I got the job and we discussed; how much I was getting paid, my Availability, the benefits of working there, and back ground check.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
