I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Mineola, NY) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was informed of the opportunity to work at a brand new Chipotle through a job site. I was called almost immediately after I submitted an application. I agreed to attend a group interview later that week, preparing myself for any questions by reviewing the website/Glassdoor. There were five or six other prospective employees and a casual conversation ensued between all of us. The manager was more observant of our personalities and cunning than he was interested in superficial question responses. He did ask why we would like to work at Chipotle- my research into the company secured me a job, as did a standout enthusiastic and friendly attitude. Other than that, we talked about our favorite music, hobbies, and other casual topics.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Fairview Heights, IL) in Nov 2011
