This was my second interview at a different Chipotle location.I applied online and got a call for an interview two days later.I walked in the restaurant and sat there for 30 minutes before a manager walked up to me and interviewed for 5 minutes! Very unprofessional.My interview was in the dining room.The interviewer was telling me about his work experience at Chipotle and different locations he's worked at.The whole time he was interviewing he had his hand over his mouth and looking away.I was smiling the whole time and answering the questions thoroughly.He told me that I'd be getting an email letting me know yes or no.I received an email that said "thanks for applying but unfortunately we don't have a job to offer you the moment".I was sad but I immediately realized that I don't want to work there after meeting and being interviewed by incompetent employees.Chipotle needs a reality check with their "top performers" and 13 characteristics if they're going to be employing people that don't even match their standards.

They have no specific area for the interview, so I have interview at the table where customers eat their foods.
They didn't mention about the exact position of the work when I looking for a job so I can know about it while I have an interview.
They only ask my availability and nothing more. It ended really fast.

Arrived 30 mins early and told one of the employees that I came in for an interview. Thirty mins passed and no one attended to me. Decided to wait an extra 20 mins but still no one. I then went and reminded one of the employees, and an interviewer finally came.

Myself and 1 other applicant waited for almost an hour for the interviewer to show up..... but never did. The Kitchen Lead then decided to ask us a few questions.... 5 minutes before the restaurant was going to open.
