I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied to chipotle online and got a call the next day to come in for an interview. I dressed up in business casual. Nice shirt, tie, and slacks, which definitely made me stand out from the other applicants because they came in casual attire, tanks, shorts and sandals. In retrospect, khakis and a nice shirt would have been fine. The interview was extremely casual and was to see if I fit into the chipotle family-like community and find out if I had any prior experience. Got a second interview the next day, where they the questions were more focused on my work ethic.
Interview process was done in person and very smooth. Interview took place at Chipotle and went very well. The people were nice and didn't make anyone feel pressured in any way. I accepted the job right after and the process was smooth.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
I told them I wanted to work there, they directed me to the website hiring form, I filled it out, and the restaurant called me to tell me when to come in and interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The general manager asked me what I was majoring in and my availability.
The interview process was pretty average. Two interviews were conducted with two different managers. They asked me the same questions. Both of the managers were kind of unfriendly and rude.
