Interview
Easy, laid back interview process. I walked in as a sophomore in college, just looking to grab a bite to eat. I had just been let go from a temp job at Amazon and needed some money. I saw an interview going on at the table behind me so I waited for them to finish before asking if they are still hiring for open positions. They said they were and that I should just come in tomorrow at said time and I would get an interview. Easy as that.

Question 1
Asked about Chipotle history and how to deal with coworkers you may not get along with. How well do you work with a team, etc.
Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
Was very casual, applied online, called to schedule an interview time, interview occurred, questions were very basic and normal regarding fast food and customer experience. very easy normal fine very easy
