I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Garland, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
I filled out an application online and they called me in for an interview the next day. The first interview I had was with the apprentice, and she told she would contact after the rest of her interviews. I was contacted later that day for my second interview a week later. The second interview was just with a crew member, I was told the same thing and they called me right after and I finally met the General Manager and she was excited to meet me, and she offered me a job ten minutes into the interview.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
