Interview
A video interview was set up after an initial phone screen. Was fairly easy to set up and they were accommodating in having me do this during a work lunch hour. Was a cordial atmosphere outside of the fact that it felt like their candidate priorities were off.

Expect most of your questions will be about why you dislike work from home/hybrid and whether you fit into the "culture" or not should your answers qualify you. Absolutely zero questions were done over anything technical.
