Short. They did walk in interviews which not sure how effective those are. No follow up information given. Would not recommend for a part time job. Go else where if you can
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
they ask questions that are meant to throw you off such as “if you were a piece of fruit what would you be and why”. Not sure why that is necessary
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
Cancelled a few hours before when I was on my way to the interview. Never once communicated with a human being and was never given any information after I scheduled the interview.
