I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
They were very friendly and understanding considering that this was my first job interview. I'm also trans but haven't changed my name legally yet, and they were very accepting of that. The interview wasn't hard at all. The only big question they asked me was about my availability.
BTW: I haven't heard back from them yet but I'm posting this review so that i'll be able to read reviews from others.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's your availability? What times in the week can you work?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
