Chipotle Team Member/Line Cook interview questions

I was called in for a group interview after filling out an application through the website. I got a call the next day and went in about 5 minutes early. When I got there, two other girls were already waiting and the manager said he'd be interviewing us in a few minutes and to sit tight. The place was a little backed up so it took around ten minutes before he and another manager sat down with us in the dining area. This seemed a little odd, but they might have been trying to make us feel more relaxed. Anyway, they asked us some "joke" questions like favorite color, favorite super hero, favorite super power. They also asked what we do in our spare time, what we know about Chipotle, and what we'd like to know. While I felt like I did a pretty good job speaking out and acting professional, I go a call later that same day saying I didn't get the job. Despite filling out my age on the application, the GM said they legally can't hire 16 year olds even if I would be a perfect candidate. This upset me because I felt like it was a waste of my time, seeing as they should have read my application and known how old I was from the get go. Other than that, the restaurant itself was clean, the staff seemed friendly as with the managers.
