Ciena C Developer interview questions

Horrible Experience. Interview was scheduled in ITC Windsor hotel Bangalore. They started with a written test mostly specific to syntax and program output MCQs. They didn't have proper arrangements to take F2F interviews. They took me to smoking area where few canopies were arranged. Other hotel guests were roaming creating pathetic environment, Story doesn't ends here. They don't have enough panel members too. Interviewer was simultaneously taking several interviews. He gave me one question and left for other. By the time, i finishes he almost forgot what we discussed last time. It seems to me whole group was just interested in making numbers for interview process. They were least interested in candidate interest. Interview round lasted for 3 hrs altogether and even after giving best possible optimized solutions, i got the average feedback. I got to know same lines were told to everyone present.
