Ciena Security Manager interview questions

Interview was really casual and non-formal. The interviewer was early. The whole interview took only 30 minutes, all questions were about non-technical stuff and just more of what you currently do. After this interview I just received a generic rejection email which is unacceptable considering the time and effort given. They should have given a clear feedback on what went wrong and not just sending a rejection mail then ghosting them. Giving feedback is helpful to any applicant to be able to improve and know what made the hiring manager come up to the decision.
