Experiences with Ciena product: commissioning skills /troubleshooting skills/ communication skills with customer in the market...Some technical questions regarding OTN & DWDM , experiences with packet devices. Thats basically all interview questions, nothing too complicated. If you have 3-4 years experiences in transmission you can pass the interview easily
