Organization is good but the way they conducting and conducted interview is very bad. The panel does not have any idea for what level they are conducting inverviews. Worst experience and still they are doing interview in the same way.

Hiring involves apptitude test with lots of interview rounds to make it finally to the post. The interview process was very intensive and took a bit longer time. First there was apptitude test, then telephonic intervie, then personal interview(which was taken for 2 times)

They asked me to do sales activity for a panel of three interviewer. Out of one of them was sales head, one is marketing head while another one is psychologist i guess.
