I applied online. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic
Interview
The first interview is an online recorded video. Questions pop up on screen and you record yourself answering. I found it very difficult to do. I just couldn't get comfortable with it. They give you 2 tries so you can replay and delete your first answer if you don't like it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was a difficult situation at work and how did you handle it.
Quick, got back to me rather quickly and although there were the typical interview questions, it also felt like it was more of a conversational style which I appreciate. Great staff and seems like everyone works together to help each other out.

Question 1
Definitely behavioral based questions, like “tell me about a time when”. There were a few questions where I was speaking on my skills as well.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Wooster, OH) in Jan 2025
Interview
I was asked to do an in person interview. I met with 2 of the department supervisors. Both were very personable. Although we discovered that this would not be a good fit for me. they assured me that they would send my name over to another hiring manager looking for a Patient Services Representative which they felt would be a good fit for me.

Interview
It was a very Streamlined interview process. I had two interviews. One with Supervisor and one with HR. Also had to take a typing test for accuracy and speed. At my time of interview they were virtual I know they are now in person interviews.
