There were 2 rounds of interviews through video chat. The first round interview was with 3 previous interns who now work full-time at Cleveland Clinic. The final round interview was with 2 higher-ranking administrators. First round was great with respectful and engaging interviewers. The second round was extremely rushed and the interviewers appeared uninterested from the start.

The process includes many steps however overall it is a very fair process. You have multiple interviews and you interview with a panel, it can be a little stressful. After the interview process, the recruiter or hiring manager reach out to the candidate.

Case component and tough questions. They were grilling me with many questions and didn’t really get to know me as an applicant. The case was about 5 minutes long and asked about improving a system. The interview was supposed to be via Zoom but the webcam malfunctioned and it was a phone call instead.

Good and quick. The interview was over video and lasted a hour. A tour was then offered in case I wanted to see the facility and meet the team. Overall it was a pleasant experience
