Despite advancements regarding monoclonal antibodies and molecular therapeutics, relapses, toxicities, and unsustainable remissions have been few of the challenges that remain to be solved in cancer therapy. The cases of relapse and persistent malignancies are considered a setback in oncology which does not leave the clinicians with many options to consider.
