The recruiter was so enthusiastic about all of my experience. After I interviewed with a manager, I figured I didn’t get the position. She was hung up on the fact that I mainly have pediatric experience. Over 20 years as a RN with a Masters degree and multiple years in Care Coordination, I was beyond qualified for the position. The manager was not interesting, didn’t know how to answer the questions I had and generally did not seem engaged in the interview. She was at home on zoom and seemed preoccupied with whatever was going on in her home. She said she had to discuss with another manager and the team. I received a declined notice a week later. Then the job was reposted. Honestly, I would have declined if offered, the manager was not impressive to work for.
