Cleveland Clinic Recruitment Marketing -- Program Manager III interview questions

Recruiter did not show for scheduled interview. Attempted to contact multiple times to reschedule and was ignored. Found out later that seemingly a former intern without the minimum qualifications experience was hired. The Recruiter should have cancelled the interview instead of not showing up, very unprofessional.
