Cleveland Clinic Remote Medical Coder interview questions

I really wasn’t expecting this kind of interview. Where an automated system asks you question and you have to video your response. There should be some human interaction. I felt like it was very generic and out on the spot a few times. I understand your a large cooperative but how can you really get the feel of a person response when they are recorded. I didn’t like this system at all. I didn’t get an offer but I was already put off by the interview so that was ok with me.
