Processo extremamente longo, inconsistente e falta de comunicação entre os recrutadores e envolvidos. Eles não informam os próximos passos e demoram muito para responder. Recebi uma proposta verbal e quando respondi por email fazendo uma contra proposta não tiveram o trabalho de responder.
I had a chance to speak with the HR team, my direct manager and the director. Everyone was warm and welcoming (despite the interview being purely remote) albeit the process too long.

The process was pretty nice. The video interview was great because you are given enough time to prepare for your answer. Most of the questions gave me unlimited time to prepare.
