The interview consisted of three main rounds and one cognitive assessment:
- 1)Video call with Mr. Andres Lopez; this has gone very well, he is a very pleasant person. Generic questions have been asked about my current situation, past experiences, the reason of my application for this role of Quality Assurance, work references; importance has been also given to Cloudbeds core values and business model.
A cognitive assessment after the interview was also sent by Andres.
2) Interview with Ms. Gisela Casado. Gisela has been very kind, providing me with further details about the role, the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the sales process, insight about my tasks, responsabilities, tools to use at work.
3) Phone call with HR Manager for Spain Ms. Meritxell Tarres. The HR responsible for the recruitment process for Spain has been very helpful and better explained Cloudbeds culture, general organization, business, market growth, info about number of remote people working from Barcelona, different teams and people involved. She has also given to me information about the contract, notice period, holidays...
