would like to share my interview experience with Cloudbeds, which unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. The interview process, particularly with the inclusion of Karat, was not as smooth as I had hoped. I believe it could be beneficial for Cloudbeds to leverage their own talent pool for interviews, as it could lead to a more seamless and efficient process. The use of external platforms like Karat seemed to introduce unnecessary complexities. While my experience was not ideal, I would like to offer the suggestion that Cloudbeds considers reviewing their interview process to enhance the candidate experience. By doing so, they can attract and retain top talent more effectively. Ultimately, I believe it's important for candidates to carefully evaluate their options and consider other companies that align better with their preferences and needs.
